This hotel is located in a vibrant area with a large shopping mall right at our doorstep, offering plenty of restaurant options. We can easily access Time Square shops and restaurants, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The rooms are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel staff provides great service, ensuring that all our needs are met. the breakfast spread at the Momo Cafe is reasonably good, offering a variety of options to start our day.
The lack of air-conditioning during the autumn season made the room feel stuffy and warm.

The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was perfect. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby shopping mall and public transportation. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options provided by the hotel.

One evening, I accidentally left my credit card in a taxi and was stressed. The front desk staff, particularly David, Sarah, and Daniel, were helpful. They made multiple phone calls and eventually tracked down the taxi driver, who returned my card that same night. Their dedication and commitment to resolving the situation was excellent.
Although the overall experience at the hotel was excellent, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The air conditioner in our room wasn't functioning properly, but luckily the weather was pleasant enough for us to leave the windows open.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff really went above and beyond to take care of me. From a personalized note to apologize for an A/C issue to the concierge service being super efficient, I felt truly welcomed and comfortable here. The room was spotlessly clean and the atmosphere was perfect. I loved that the hotel is connected to a big shopping mall, making it super convenient. The location in the center of the commercial area was great for exploring the city.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Everyone can enjoy the comfortable rooms, great service, and convenient location.
